Conditioning: $350/month

Halter Breaking: $150/week

All fees include Board and Hay. We feed an excellent quality alfalfa and fresh water daily. You are welcome to provide us with additional grains, or supplements depending on your horses needs.

Please be aware that Conditioning is only offered to horses that are already broke and do not require additional training. This service is only offered to get your horse into shape prior to the riding or showing season.

Halter breaking is offered by the week only. This fee does not include hay. There is an additional $35.00/wk for hay or you can provide your own.

Horses must be current on all vaccinations and worming. Horses must also be in good condition and weight before training will begin. Otherwise, we will board your horse until such a time that their physical condition improves at our current monthly boarding charge. Training will begin after approval from management as to their condition.
